David has more than 14 years experience in the architectural profession with over 12 years dedicated to healthcare facilities. Before coming to AGA, David functioned as a construction manager for one of the top 3 healthcare companies in the nation where he was responsible for all aspects of a project from conceptual budget and program through one year post occupancy evaluations with the projects team. This position allowed him to explore creating LEED accredited hospitals as well as international healthcare facilities. His experience beyond construction management includes development of six replacement hospitals. David has also led numerous renovations varying from 500 SF to 480,000 SF at existing hospitals across the country. As a licensed Architect, David offers a strong background in building code requirements, life safety analysis, and accessibility compliance. He is a Registered Accessibility Specialist in the State of Texas allowing him to perform accessibility plan reviews and site inspections. David is also LEED Accredited Professional.
