    Ascension provided strategic master planning and site utilization analysis for the 60-acre campus occupied by the anchor tenant medical surgical hospital facility. The 48-acre property will host a future Medical Office Building, LTACH or Continuum Care Center, and three outparcel developments. The current Medical Center has a 60-bed inpatient care facility, Emergency Department, Cardiac Diagnostics/Respiratory Care, and Dialysis Center among others.

    Future turn key services include the following: Expansion of Women\'s Center and ICU to a 90-bed capacity 28,000 SF Expansion of ICU Medical Surgery 3,000 SF renovation of ICU Rezoning parking infrastructure The design intent took note of its context by directing the site lines toward the existing swale and orienting the buildings along the promenade that leads into the main Medical Center.
