    Completed in the spring of 2007, Granbury Surgical Center is a 3.5 million, 15,000 SF freestanding licensed Ambulatory Surgical Clinic. The single story structure is load bearing steel with a modified mortar skin and stone veneer.

    The project includes five operating suites, endoscopy capability, and corresponding preoperative, post operative, step down, and ancillary support functions. The facility is master planned to allow for full expansion and conversion as a surgical hospital.
