    Baylor Medical Plaza at Heath is a 38,000 SF freestanding medical office building. The two-story structure is type II steel with a pre-cast concrete exterior veneer. The project includes a primary tenant 10,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center on level one with separate and distinct entrances for the ASC and the MOB tenants.
