    Wesley Medical Center expanded outpatient services with a 45,000 SF stand alone medical office building. The three-story structure is type II steel with EIFS and masonry veneer. The project includes a primary tenant 15,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center on level one with separate and distinct entrances for the ASC and the MOB tenants.

    The ASC includes four OR suites; 2 Endoscopy rooms and corresponding Preop, PACU, step down and other ASC support functions. The $4.2 million project was completed on time and within budget. The project was developed under a partnered design build approach with a captive general contractor.
