    Scheduled to begin construction in November 2007, Mansfield Surgical Plaza is a 3.9 million, 15,700 SF freestanding licensed Ambulatory Surgical Center. This single story building is composed of load bearing steel and dressed with modified mortar and stone veneer. Completion is set for early fall 2008.

    The project includes five operating suites, endoscopy capability, and corresponding preoperative, post operative, step down and ancillary support functions. The facility is master planned to allow for full expansion and conversion as a surgical hospital.
